Blackened Seasoning become popular in New Orleans and now is used as a common rub dry onto meats, fish and steaks for that great blackened flavor.

“KICKIN” HORSERADISH:

QUEBEC STEAK SEASONING
To flavor meats, use this blend as a rub. Our seasoning includes coarse salt, coarse black pepper, dill seed, garlic crushed red pepper and spices.

This blend is a great way to make the best tasting tacos with all natural ingredients. Our Taco mix doesn’t contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil. This seasoning is made up of onion, garlic, cumin, paprika and chili powder.
